The first of its kind in Milpitas, this new mixed-use development of 32 high-end single-family residences will include four "live-work" units. The live/work unit owners will live in the two stories above their downstairs commercial space, which faces South Milpitas Boulevard.
The 2.7-acre site is connected to a walking trail and will include a tot lot.
DRG orchestrated the rezoning from commercial to residential, processed entitlements, hired architects, and sold the project to a public builder.
Escrow closed in May 2013. The tentative map was approved in July 2013; the final map was approved in Spring 2014.
Project is currently under construction by the builder.
